Archive
Archive a WarnZ when your task is complete. You can then re-activate it for future use or recycle it as a new WarnZ.
Archived WarnZ are displayed at the bottom of the column of WarnZ.

Update using today's date.
If you wish to set a specific date: select the WarnZ with a single tap and update using the Action Bar.

More Actions
Share WarnZ - Send the WarnZ to another person or move the WarnZ to another column.
Save the WarnZ as a Template.
WarnZ Details - customize how the WarnZ works.
Duplicate WarnZ - make an exact copy.
Archive the WarnZ.
Action Links
Reveals the Links attached to the WarnZ as icons. Tap to use the links.
If 'Smart Action' Links are attached (Email and Messages) then Warnings will create the email or message using the weblinks, notes, images and files attached. You can precompose text using emails.
Add more links with the + button.

Archive WarnZ
Archive items when complete. Then reactivate them in the future or recycle the WarnZ for other uses.

The Link icon shows that Action Links have been attached to the WarnZ. Links are the power behind WarningZ. You can add links to any of the resources on your phone, in the cloud or on the web so you can quickly access the information or actions that you need to complete the task. You can add:
